バージョンが上がってから随分変更点があったので、なんだかんだで全部覚えなおしました。

まあ、どちらにしろパッチも多すぎて今でも再インスコ自体が無理な状態なので、パッケージで出たら、ここらで買っておくのもいいかも！
トラックゲームのやつは、2作前のタイトル(18 Wheels of Steel: Pedal to the Metal)なら日本車を作ってる有志がいたはずです。新作(Haulin')は、まだ発売されたばかりなのでわかりませんが、どうやら旧タイトルのMODも移せるような話も下のサイトに載ってたような。試してみます。
