昨晩、やっと始められました。スタートしたのはいいけれど、やけにカクカクします。
Vanguardは重いとβテストから言われてきましたが、まさかこれほどとは思いませんでした。
設定をいじくってみましたが、最低画質にしてもカクカクは同じ。でも、常にカクカクしてるんじゃなくて、どうやら建物や人を描写する時にカクるようです。
ということは、テクスチャーとかは別に重いわけでもないということです。結論は、グラボが原因じゃない。なぜかというと、グラボの性能が足りないなら、常にカクカクが続くからです。新しく描画する際に処理が遅いのは、たぶんCPUでしょう。
さすがに2年半も前のCPUだから、限界がきてるのでしょうか？
今のところ、最高画質にしようが最低画質にしようが、差はほとんどなくカクるので問題はありません。
なんとかゲームができるレベルだし。Geforce8800を買わねばならないのか！？と思っちゃいましたよ。
