結局のところ、新PCをゲーム機、旧PCを音楽専用機にする目論見はやめました。
Pentium4 1.4GHzでは、ここ2年程出てるソフトは最低性能ギリギリすぎるんですよね。
一応、大体のソフトは扱えるといっても、同時発音数が少なすぎたり、メモリ不足でノイズが入ったり。
もうアンサンブルができないんで、1パートずつ録音してMixさせて曲を完成させる羽目になります。
ということで、わけわからない話を続けても意味がないので、極論を言えば、新PCをゲーム機兼DTMなどなど・・・・オールマイティーマシンにさせてしまいました。
あ、スペックは問題ないです。ですが・・いよいよ夏ですからね。熱暴走どうしようか心配です。
現在、大小含めれば12個ファン回っているんですが、排気がやはり足りないようです。
あと、電源がやたら熱すごい気がする・・・。
